Returns policy We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please carefully review all information in your order before finalizing your purchase, including selecting the correct size and color of your items, billing and shipping addresses, etc.
When will I receive my order? Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing & up to an additional seven business days for domestic orders or 14 business days for international orders. Please note that we do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the guidelines mentioned above, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@colle.la, and we will do our best to track your order.
Does Cölle ship to my country?
Yes! We ship internationally. Please note that international customers are responsible for customs fees incurred during international shipping.
How can I carry Cölle in my store?
For wholesale inquiries, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at info@colle.la. Please include the following information: store name, address, phone number, brands the store currently carries, and photos of the store exterior & interior.
Additionally, we do not sell to stores that are not open. It would be best if you had an existing store currently available for business.
